H) Using a hosepipe flush the connecting tubes from where the pump unscrewed from, while flushing remove the stopper cap from inside the tun and rub/brush the debris screen inside the tub while flushing. G) Remove the pump / heater unit from the Hot Tub by unscrewing the three connectors If the above steps fail to resolve the issue then you will need to:į) Remove the filter housing and chlorine dispenser unit, replacing them both with the provided stoppers
This process should clear all E02 Errors unless there is a faulty component and will only take a few minutes to complete - getting you back in your Hot Tub as soon as physically possible.Ī) Throughly clean the filter and filter housing of all hair, debris and scum on the filter.ī) While the filter is removed check for water flow from the pumpĬ) Check the water level of the tub is between min and max without anyone in the tub, preferably closer to max than min. The normal cause for E.0.2 is a Hot Tub which has been subjected to a period of heavy use with grass, hair and/or other debris being entered into the tub, causing a slight blockage on the pump / filtration system reducing the water flow. If you a getting an E02 Error displayed on your Lay Z Spa Pump / Heater during your hire then these are the steps to take in order to resolve the problem which is essentially a water flow issue detected by the pump. The sensor is 59025-1-S-02-A REED SENSOR, PLASTIC BARREL, 6MM, NO (normally open) : but check yours with a magnet and an Ohm meter before ordering a new one. I couldn't find an exact replica, but .uk had the same type of switch, just a slightly different spec.
