Heres a little tip, dont treat people like they are stupid just because you dont want to waste time finding a solution for someone who scheduled an appointment. I drove to Best Buy and for $75 and about 30 minutes was able to get everything taken care of. Keep in mind folks its $100 service to do this - after wasting 20 minutes she claimed there was nothing more to do other than buy my hard drive elsewhere. Funny a whole host of issues arrived when she "tried" to plug up my computer to verify if they could transfer the items or not. To my surprise the lady that came up to "help" was very underwhelming - she immediately started looking on Amazon for a cheaper external drive for me to purchase to "drag and drop" my music and photos over because my macbook was too old to work properly according to her.

The associate helping me looked uncomfortable using the iPhone and Mac we were working on. Then was told by the associate helping me that they "werent busy" when I was making small talk, trying to excuse them in my mind for the delay. Dont worry, I had gone nose blind to the stench by the time I was helped. Waited 25 minutes after my appointment time to be helped. I dont know if its the associates, customers, or just a small store with poor circulation, but they need to work on that. When I walked into the store, 5 minutes before my appointment time, my very first thought was that the store smelled strongly of bad body odor.
